About Joy Cronin

I am proud to announce that I joined eXp Realty!  eXp gained considerable recognition for its record results, rapid growth and strong leadership in 2022 and I am excited to be part of the continued growth.

Originally from the Boston Area, I moved to New Hampshire 25 years ago. My favorite thing about southern New Hampshire is the fact you can get to the ocean, the city or the mountains in about an hour.  As a mom of sports kids, I have travelled all over this beautiful state and am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the area with my clients.

Whether it’s finding a place to call home for the first time, the need for a bigger home, the desire to find a vacation home, or someone like me who is considering downsizing, I am 100% committed to using my negotiating and customer service skills to close the deal as stress free as possible! Although buying and selling is a transaction, it should not be treated as such.  Buying and selling is the beginning and ending of a chapter.  I am looking forward to helping you move into the next chapter of your story!
